Domestic Polymer Producer's Special Incentive Scheme for May 2024

IOCL announced a Special Incentive scheme for PP and Flexi APP customers, based on post-sales, against the actual lifting of PP (Prime/Non-Prime grades) during May 2024 as follows: Percentage Upliftment of Monthly PP & Flexi APP and corresponding Incentive Amount (Rs/MT): For >=75% and <100%: Incentive Amount (Rs/MT) is A For >=100% and <125%: Incentive Amount (Rs/MT) is B For >=125%: Incentive Amount (Rs/MT) is C Upliftment of PP utility greater than 0 will receive Incentive Amount (Rs/MT) D. The values of A, B, C, and D (Rs/MT) will be announced by the end of the month. The scheme will be applicable on sales from all supply points: PPMC, PDMC, RSC, and DOPW. This scheme will not be applicable to contracted BOPP and export sales. Deemed export will be considered for eligibility purposes only, but the discount will not be disbursed on the uplifted deemed export. Reliance announced the XYZ Incentive Scheme for Polypropylene (PP) for May 2024, detailed as follows: The discount slab X of the scheme will  be applicable offtake between 7% and 9% of annualized APR The discount slab Y of the scheme will  be applicable offtake between 9% and 12% of annualized APR The discount slab Z of the scheme will  be applicable offtake exceeding 12% of annualized APR The discount slab X of the scheme will also be applicable to utility/waste and non-APR customers. IOCL has introduced a special incentive scheme for May 2024 in PE, structured as follows:  In 012E50 (P/NP) grade:  Achieving >=75% & <100% (X) results in an incentive of Rs. 1000.   Achieving >=100% & <115% (Y) results in an incentive of Rs. 2500.   Achieving >=115% (Z) results in an incentive of Rs. 3000. For all other PE grades (P/NP):    Achieving >=75% & <100% (X) results in an incentive of Rs. 2000.    Achieving >=100% & <115% (Y) results in an incentive of Rs. 2500.    Achieving >=115% (Z) results in an incentive of Rs. 3000. Reliance announced an incentive scheme for PE HDPE/LLDPE for May 2024 as follows: A discount of Rs. 2000 per metric ton (mt) is applicable when lifting 8.33% of the April signed quantity. A discount of Rs. 3000 per mt is offered when lifting either 11% of the April signed quantity or 90% of the average quantity lifted in non-zero months of FY 23-24, whichever is higher." HMEL has announced an ARS/MOU-linked Incentive Scheme for Polypropylene (PP) for May 2024, structured as follows: Offtake ≥ 75%: ₹2,000 per MT Offtake ≥ 100%: ₹2,500 per MT Offtake ≥ 125%: ₹3,000 per MT Additionally, the company is offering an early bird discount (EBD) of ₹500 per MT on the actual offtake/invoiced quantity for transactions occurring from May 1 to May 15, 2024.
