Polymer Price Cut: Major Producers Slash PE Prices by ₹2,000/MT; PP Prices Remain Steady
Leading polymer manufacturers including Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), OPaL, Haldia Petrochemicals, and Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) have announced a reduction in polyethylene (PE) prices effective from 17th April 2025. Meanwhile, polypropylene (PP) prices have largely been rolled over. Key Highlights: ? Reliance Industries Limited (RIL): HDPE & LLDPE: Prices decreased by ₹2,000/MT. LDPE: Prices rolled over. PP (Domestic): Prices rolled over. PP (Deemed Export): BOPP grades: Prices rolled over. TQ grades: Prices decreased by ₹1,000/MT. Other PP grades: Prices decreased by ₹1,500/MT. ? OPaL: HDPE & LLDPE: Prices decreased by ₹2,000/MT. PP: Prices rolled over. ? Haldia Petrochemicals: HDPE & LLDPE: Prices decreased by ₹2,000/MT. PP: Prices rolled over. ?
