Polymer markets as of 20 April 2026 continued to witness a broad-based correction, with most grades declining on a weekly and monthly basis despite strong longer-term gains. PP Raffia dropped to 134.00, down -4.29% weekly and -15.72% monthly, though still up 49.72% quarterly and 37.44% yearly. Prices remain 66.46% above the yearly low of 80.50 (16 Nov 2025) but are -20.47% below the peak of 168.50 (9 Mar 2026). LLDPE fell to 136.50, slipping -3.53% weekly and -8.70% monthly, while maintaining 53.37% quarterly and 44.44% yearly gains. It is 63.47% above its yearly low of 83.50 (30 Nov 2025) and -12.78% below its high of 156.50 (9 Mar 2026). HDPE BM remained relatively stable at 152.00, with a marginal -0.33% weekly dip but a 8.96% monthly rise. The grade shows strong 75.72% quarterly and 71.75% yearly growth, trading 85.37% above its yearly low of 82.00 (12 Dec 2025) and just -3.49% below its high of 157.50 (27 Mar 2026). LDPE declined to 153.00, down -2.55% weekly, though slightly up 0.99% monthly. It posted 42.33% quarterly and 34.21% yearly gains, staying 47.83% above its yearly low of 103.50 (29 Dec 2025) and -10.79% below its peak of 171.50 (11 Mar 2026). PVC saw a sharper fall to 75.00, declining -3.23% weekly and a steep -26.47% monthly, though still up 11.94% quarterly and 13.64% yearly. It remains 23.97% above its yearly low of 60.50 (7 Dec 2025) but significantly -38.02% below its high of 121.00 (11 Mar 2026).
