HMEL announces Reserved Incentive (RI) Scheme for PP and PE grades for October 2025

HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd. (HMEL) has announced a Reserved Incentive (RI) Scheme for Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) grades, applicable on liftings between October 21 and October 31, 2025. The scheme is based on customers’ non-zero monthly average liftings from April to September 2025 and applies to all Prime, Non-Prime, and Off-Grade (OG) materials. ? PP (Polypropylene – HP/ICP/RCP Grades) Basis: Non-zero monthly average lifting from April–September 2025 Incentive Structure: RI-1: Lifting ≥ 90% – ₹1,000/MT RI-2: Lifting ≥ 100% – ₹1,250/MT RI-3: Lifting ≥ 110% – ₹1,500/MT ? LL (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) Basis: Non-zero monthly average lifting from April–September 2025 Incentive Structure: RI-1: Lifting ≥ 75% – ₹1,000/MT RI-2: Lifting ≥ 90% – ₹1,500/MT ?
