October 2023 Polymer Price and Discount Updates from Leading Domestic Polymer-Producing Companies

RIL is reducing the prices of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) by Rs. 4 per kilogram, effective from October 5, 2023. IOCL has introduced an early bird scheme for Polyethylene (PE) products, available from October 1 to October 15, 2023, with the following discounts: Rs. 1.50 per kilogram discount on both Prime and non-Prime grades of LLDPE. Rs. 2 per kilogram discount on both Prime and non-Prime grades of HDPE. The upper cap of APP has been waived for PE products in October 2023. OPaL has also announced an early bird scheme for PE products from October 1 to October 15, 2023, with the following discounts: Rs. 1.50 per kilogram discount on  LLDPE  and HDPE Raffia/HM Film/IMgrades. Rs. 2.00 per kilogram discount on Pipe/MBM/Blow grades. The upper cap on discounts is set at 225% of the MOU for October monthonly.
