Indian Polymer Producers Announce Early Bird Discounts for October 2025

Major Indian polymer manufacturers, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd (HPL), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL), and HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd (HMEL), have launched Early Bird Discount Schemes to spur bulk purchases ahead of the October 2025 festive season.HPL and HMEL are offering a significant discount of ₹2.50 per kilogram (kg) on both Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) grades. IOCL is matching this offer, extending the ₹2.50/kg discount specifically on its PP grades. The scheme, valid from October 1 to October 18, 2025, is strategically timed to incentivize downstream processors to stock up early. This move aims to ensure a smooth supply chain and bolster sales volumes during the peak consumer demand period.
