India Initiates LLDPE Anti-Dumping Probe Covering Six Countries
India’s Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) has launched an anti-dumping investigation into LLDPE imports from Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. The probe follows a CPMA petition backed by HPL, HMEL, and Reliance, citing injury due to underpriced imports. The scope now includes HS codes 3901 10 10 and 3901 40 10.
