IOC Rolls Out Special Incentive Schemes for PP, Flexi APP & PE Grades for November 2025

In a move set to energize the polymer market, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) has announced special post-sales incentive schemes for Polypropylene (PP), Flexi APP, and Polyethylene (PE) grades for November 2025.? PP & Flexi APP Incentive Structure – November 2025 Under the newly introduced scheme, IOCL will reward customers based on their percentage upliftment of PP and Flexi APP grades during November 2025: ≥ 85% upliftment: Incentive X (Rs/MT) ≥ 110% upliftment: Incentive Y (Rs/MT) PP Utility Upliftment > 0: Incentive Z (Rs/MT) The values of X, Y, and Z will be disclosed by the end of November or early December 2025.? PE Incentive Scheme for November 2025 (HDPE & LLDPE) IOCL has also unveiled a special incentive plan for HDPE (P/NP) and LLDPE (P/NP) grades. Incentives under the Approved Purchase Plan (APP) will be applicable as follows: HDPE Incentives (Rs/MT) ≥ 75% upliftment: X1 ≥ 100% upliftment: X2 ≥ 125% upliftment: X3 LLDPE Incentives (Rs/MT) ≥ 75% upliftment: Y1 ≥ 100% upliftment: Y2 ≥ 125% upliftment: Y3 Customers are advised that grade-wise incentives may vary.
