PE Price Revisions by IOCL and GAIL Effective October 16, 2023

On October 16, 2023, IOCL made changes to its PE pricing. All HDPE grade prices have been lowered by Rs. 2 per kilogram at the basic level. Notably, HDPE Pipe prices have remained unaltered For all LLDPE grades, prices have been reduced by Rs. 1.50 per kilogram at the basic level, with the exception of LLDPE film grade prices, which have remained unchanged. Additionally, price protection for LLDPE Film grades, which began on October 7, 2023, is set to continue until the subsequent price revision. This price protection, however, does not apply to deemed exports, exports, or contractual sales. On the same date, GAIL has also made changes to its PE prices, where both HDPE and LLDPE grade prices have been reduced by Re. 1 per kilogram at the basic level.
