Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced its segment-wise standalone financial performance for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2025, showing strong revenue growth led by its petroleum products division and steady contributions from petrochemicals and gas segments.Segment Revenue Highlights For the quarter ended 30 September 2025, IOCL’s total revenue from operations stood at ₹2,02,992.34 crore, reflecting a steady performance compared to ₹2,18,607.70 crore in the previous quarter. Petroleum Products contributed the lion’s share with ₹1,89,424.73 crore, reaffirming IOCL’s stronghold in the refining business. Petrochemicals generated ₹6,391.35 crore, slightly lower than the previous quarter’s ₹6,764.10 crore. Gas revenue stood at ₹11,134.78 crore, registering growth over ₹10,309.28 crore in the June quarter. Other Business Activities brought in ₹355.86 crore during the quarter. The sub-total revenue for all segments reached ₹2,07,306.72 crore, while inter-segment revenue amounted to ₹4,314.38 crore, leading to a final revenue from operations of ₹2,02,992.34 crore.Segment Results & Profitability IOCL’s total profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹10,065.57 crore, driven by a strong contribution from the petroleum segment. Petroleum Products reported a segment profit of ₹11,268.80 crore, up from ₹9,137.96 crore in the preceding quarter. Petrochemicals delivered a profit of ₹168.42 crore, showing resilience despite margin pressures. Gas Segment achieved a profit of ₹243.49 crore, indicating a steady upward trend. Other Business Activities posted a small loss of ₹12.89 crore, showing improvement over previous results. After accounting for finance costs of ₹2,169.35 crore and other unallocable expenditures, IOCL maintained a strong pre-tax profit base for Q2 FY26.Segment Assets Overview As of 30 September 2025, the company’s total standalone assets stood at ₹4,86,662.92 crore. Petroleum Products accounted for ₹3,52,745.40 crore, Petrochemicals for ₹40,922.51 crore, Gas for ₹28,759.84 crore, Other Business Activities for ₹6,839.15 crore, and Unallocated assets at ₹57,396.02 crore. This diversified asset base highlights IOCL’s strong infrastructure footprint across refining, petrochemicals, and gas operations.Segment Liabilities Summary Total standalone liabilities amounted to ₹2,99,346.29 crore.
