Domestic polymer producer announce Polymer Price Revisions Effective from 1st August 2024

RIL (Reliance Industries Limited) Price Revision: RIL has announced significant revisions to its polymer prices, effective from 1st August 2024. The updates are as follows: PET Grades Prices have been rolled over without any changes. PVC Grades: Prices have decreased by ₹3000 per metric ton (MT). PE (Polyethylene) Grades HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene): HD Pipe prices have been reduced by ₹3000/MT. Prices for all other HDPE grades have decreased by ₹2000/MT. LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) LL Butene Film/Drip prices are down by ₹3000/MT. There is no change in the price of Octene Film. Prices for all other LLDPE grades have been reduced by ₹2000/MT. LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene): LD GP/WC/HD prices have decreased by ₹4000/MT. All other LD grades have seen a price reduction of ₹3000/MT. PP (Polypropylene) Prices have been revised downwards by ₹2 per kg. Deemed prices have been reduced by ₹2.5 per kg. Price protection has been withdrawn. IOC (Indian Oil Corporation) Polymer Price Revision: IOC has also revised its polymer prices, effective from 1st August 2024. The details are as follows: PE (Polyethylene) Grades: HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)   HM-Film prices have decreased by ₹4000/MT. All Pipe Grades have seen a price reduction of ₹3000/MT. Prices for all other HDPE grades have decreased by ₹2000/MT. LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) LL-Film Grades (010F18S/A, 020F18A/S, 030F18A & 010L22S) have seen a price decrease of ₹3000/MT. Prices for all other LLDPE grades have been reduced by ₹2000/MT. PP (Polypropylene): Prices have decreased by ₹2000/MT. Price protection has been withdrawn. OPAL (ONGC Petro Additions Limited) Polymer Price Revision: OPAL has also announced revisions to its polymer prices, effective from 1st August 2024. The updated prices are as follows: PE (Polyethylene) Grades: HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene): HM-Film prices have been reduced by ₹4000/MT. All Pipe Grades have seen a decrease of ₹3000/MT. Prices for all other HDPE grades have been reduced by ₹2000/MT. LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) LL-Film Grades have seen a price decrease of ₹3000/MT. Prices for all other LLDPE grades have been reduced by ₹2000/MT. PP (Polypropylene): Prices have decreased by ₹2000/MT. Price protection has been withdrawn.
