BPCL to Invest ₹49,000 Crore in Major Petrochemical Hub at Bina
BPCL has announced plans to invest ₹49,000 crore in setting up a large petrochemical complex near its Bina refinery in Madhya Pradesh. As part of this expansion, the refinery’s processing capacity will be scaled up to 11 MMTPA, with completion targeted for May 2028. The project will include dedicated pipeline infrastructure to supply ethylene to downstream plastic and chemical manufacturing units. This development is expected to stimulate industrial growth in the region and strengthen value creation in Madhya Pradesh, which currently does not host a significant petrochemical hub.Disclaimer:PolyMart does not offer guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on its platform.
